Disciplined agile software development is an iterative and incremental (evolutionary) approach to software development which is performed in a highly collaborative manner by self-organizing teams within an effective overnance framework with “just enough” ceremony that produces high quality solutions in a cost effective and timely manner which meets the changing needs of its stakeholders. Galaxy is released in the following progressive release cycle on a quarterly basis:
1. “Pre-Release”: Still being heavily tested. Select clients can be involved with the testing at this release level. Software is made available by PlanetTogether consultants or support representatives.
2. “Limited Release”: Available to a few specific clients to expedite availability of an urgently needed feature or fix. Software is made available by PlanetTogether consultants or support representatives
3. “Web Release”: Published on the Web and available to all clients on current Care Plans.
