Basic Product Training
With each client implementation, we first assign a service-driven expert who invests hours with your team to familiarize you with general features of the Galaxy platform. This familiarization teaches you functionality you can implement immediately, and introduces performance features for future applications. When in-depth product training is scheduled, you and your team will be ready.

With each client implementation, we build on what you learned in Basic Product Training, and add in-depth focus on how you interact with the system on a daily basis. At this stage, we place heavy emphasis on your company’s internal process, and how to deal with exceptions and situations specific to your business. One of our technical consultants work closely with you, whether on site or remotely.
