Simple Ways to Maximize Your APS

  • Click the Show Inventory Plot Pane button on the Quick Access Toolbar to display the inventory plot above the Gantt chart
  • Go to jobs pane to locate a specific part number, then press Find Button to sequence to Gantt chart–selected job part blinks for you
  • To fix a format problem in layout/view tabs at the bottom of the Gantt, simply undo at “Windows” tab; select “Restore Default Pane Layout”
